The Short Version
I'm Cameron Jo'van. I founded a company called My Tiny Home Hub. We helped people buy modular and tiny homes. We were good at it.
Then the tariffs hit. They wrecked us.
A family in Florida had a home headed to their land. Permitting collapsed on their site. We absorbed the redirect cost ourselves, sent the home to a holding lot in Powder Springs, and waited. When tariffs slowed resale, the math turned brutal. We sold the home in March 2026 for $39,200 and reimbursed Mr. Adams $30,000 out of pocket.
There's still a family in South Carolina we owe. We're working on it quietly. The math has to add up before I can announce it's done. But it will.
There were a multitude of damages we absorbed, and that's the part nobody tells you about alternative housing: the supply chain is fragile, the policy is hostile, and the people in the middle — buyers and small builders — absorb the shocks.

We will not list homes we can't verify. Every PERCH listing has a real builder, real address, real availability. No placeholder inventory.
We will not bury fees. Builders pay a transparent monthly subscription. Individuals pay 1% only at close. No surprise commissions.
We will not source homes that have to cross borders. Tariffs and shipping disruptions are someone else's problem, not yours.
